Spider Having Lunch

by Justin Sneddon

I was following this hover fly from leaf to leaf, trying to get a shot. Eventually it landed and stopped moving, as I focused in I saw a camouflaged spider injecting it with poison. The spider left it for a few moments, then started to drag it further down the leaf into its web. All this was happening in a space no more than 6-7mm.
Equipment: Canon 350D, sigma 70mm macro lens
