Simple but very striking and eye-catching – I like the composition!
Brillant. Just the right picture and just the right framing of it. You should def frame it. I know you tagged it abstract but I would have preferred blue rather than green to be honest. I like that you used a point and shoot to capture it. Only a good photographer could do that.
Nice!!!!!
Oh wow…this is really amazing!
this is a vary good photo.
well done.
Photographs color & composition is nice .
Sunny & bright…and the ‘path’ takes you right on down and across the field. I like it! Very well done! Thanks for sharing it with us. God bless you. Joanne
I love it but how come the sky is green?
Like am opening scene in a midwestern based movie. Simply wonderful.
awesome like the “follow the yellow brick road”. so pretty that is what i want my yards to look like full of flowers!
Simple but mesmerising! By the way, I think the green is another field with a different crop, not the sky!
This is one of the most beautifully composed photographs that I have EVER seen. The trail ort path focused on the right and the open expanse. In answer to the question “why is the sky green?”, England is a “Green and Pleasant Land”.
I think it is not sky but a grass field.
Nice – but I can feel the hayfever coming on!
This is magnificent! Great color, great depth of field/focus. Great work!!
Funny, that anyone thought that was sky and not a green field. I appreciate that you didn’t crop the green out; it adds to the simplicity of this image, and is the reward for following that trail through the flowering field in the forefront.
A beautiful scene, for sure. I can see why it stopped you in your tracks.
Wow, very striking with a path through the beautiful field of flowers!
Yes, and the brown-reds of the path perfectly balance the green of the grass. Really striking and simple color scheme.
Brilliant. Beautiful composition.
Interesting colors.
Where is Southend?
Fascinating–simply beautiful
I believe that southend is in the UK, but im not exactly sure.
Southend is indeed in the UK and this looks like a field of rape, used for oil. Looks pretty but smell awful. Great colours.
Sometimes the greatest thing on earth is at its simplest form. Keep up the good work.
simply beautiful! well done!
I love to run through there. Beautiful.
Sunshine in a shot.
