Wow! That is a very colourful photo. I just love underwater creatures especially the coral reef ones. That looks just like a slug, it’s certainly the most beautiful type of slug I have ever seen but it might not be one. Great photo. Well done!

We call it Seaslugs sometimes.
You should learn more about them on the net, for exemple on wikipedia
