Late afternoon light provides even lighting to an oft-photographed lighthouse at Newport, Oregon. The sad thing about this location is that they lock the gates right at sunset!

This is an amazing and astonishing beautiful shot. The way the water crashes against the rocks making the water spray is breath-taking. Keep up the great work Kevin. Thanks for sharing and God bless you.

Great shot! Your shutter speed/aperture are perfect – the splash is not made of water droplets, but streams of water… great stuff!

Kevin, I’ve stood at that same point. This is a perfectly timed shot–very nice! I know, I wish they’d leave that gate open after sunset. Have you ever shot there after one of the coastal snowfalls? Beautiful!
