Winter Field
by James Jordan
Taken as a snowstorm moved in. I used 400 ISO for its graininess and oversharpened the photo slightly to increase the overal texture in the scene.
Equipment: Nikon FM10, 400 ISO film

This is a work of art, James. The touch of color against the stark snow is amazing. I love your technique. Very nice.

James your diversity is inspiring. It keeps me thinking of all the great photos I miss because I don’t have your keen eye to see an old tree in a field for the masterpiece it could be.
Thanks for the inspiration.

That should be framed and matted and available to hang on walls. Nice shot James! You are an artist!

Love the athmosphere in this image, life is suspended, and at the same time, can feel it.

I like it. The snow is as white as it’s supposed to be. Good exposure.
