    Very interesting photo, I love it. However like the previous comment I would have preferred more description, it adds extra interest etc..

    They are smoking tobacco(she). The recepticle below contains water which serves to filter the smoke.

    That’s something like a bong then, I wonder if it’s tobacco or Mary Jane, it’s Ethiopia after all. What a wonderful picture too, so relaxed and earthy!
