Down here in Texas?!! I have seen these dozens of time when I was working in the “garden”. Once upon a time, I worked on a farm, and these things used to worry the beejeebers out of me. When they are agitated, they sit in the center of their web and make it bounce up and down. Absolutely great shot (from the safety of my screensaver)!!
And, yes, in down here in Texas, we call them Bananna Spiders!

I always see these spiders here in Texas.. they call these spiders down here banana spiders now tell me if i wrong ? Thats just what i always hear..
