I am a photographic artist who focuses on images of nature and wildlife. Born in South Africa, I was exposed to the natural world and African wildlife from an early age and have spent countless hours in the bush in pursuit of images of animals in their natural environment. My travels have taken me through a variety of game reserves and national parks throughout southern and east Africa. Currently residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, my most recent work reflects the natural world of the Arabian Peninsula. I pride myself in taking pictures of wild animals in their natural environments. Animals are born free and need to remain that way.

I love this photo! Yes, animals do need to remain free. You are so right. Keep up the good work.

The flamingo who is facing in the opposite way makes the composition so interesting. Marching to a different drummer as it were. Lovely.

Hi Dean,

Great work, it’s wonderful to take those professional shots in the Flamingoes natural habitat! Loved your comment about the animals being born free and need to remain this way, our world is turning into such roller coster that we no longer have time to appreciate it’s beauty, nature, and those lovely animals.
