Baby Vervet Monkey

This few weeks old baby vervet monkey was buried in the safety if it’s mothers fur and embrace. It peered out momentarily and I captured the moment.

I am a photographic artist who focuses on images of nature and wildlife. Born in South Africa, I was exposed to the natural world and African wildlife from an early age and have spent countless hours in the bush in pursuit of images of animals in their natural environment. My travels have taken me through a variety of game reserves and national parks throughout southern and east Africa.
Currently residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, my most recent work reflects the natural world of the Arabian Peninsula.
I pride myself in taking pictures of wild animals in their natural environments. Animals are born free and need to remain that way.

Aww! This baby monkey seems so harmless and innocent just by the eyes. It’s good to see a baby monkey in this aspect. Animal life is more precious than some people think. Great photo. Well done!
