Devil Mountain
by Haje Jan Kamps
A few years ago, I went on a massive road-trip around Arizona and southern Utah. Just me, my camera, a few lenses, and some polarizer filters. I fell in love with the American countryside, and this is one of my fave photos from the trip. I love how the photo has an almost gothic feel to it. Awesome in the original sense of the word.
Equipment: Canon EOS 60D, 28-105mm lens, polarizer filter

Yes, a great subject matter. However There is too much local contrast on the Hill and It is a bit underexposed. A slight tweaking of levels in photoshop would greatly improve the image.
