Sunset Buck
by Chris Bailey
I had been watching this dominant buck for months, hoping to get a nice photograph of him.
As the rutting season began, he became careless. All he was thinking about was chasing females.
As the sun went down I spotted him on a haymound and managed a few quick shots before he disappeared into the night.
Equipment: Canon 20D with Canon EF 100-400mm 1:4.5-5.6 L IS USM

Beautiful silhouette! It is just perfect! Are you a deer hunter also or just a nature admirer? Either way, I am so glad you shared this picture here.
