Rainier Fall
by Dean Zulich
The image shows Mount Rainier photographed at the Reflection Lakes. It took me four trips to finally come up with a capture that reveals both the mountain and the reflection, and this is what it looked like.
Equipment: Canon EOS 5D, Canon EF 16-35mm F2.8 L lens

I immigrated to the United States from Bosnia and Herzegovina a decade ago, and at this time I am nearing graduation from the photography program at the Art Institute Seattle.

Thanks Doug – this is an HDR by photomatix, I think 5 or 6 exposures, plus some dodging and burning afterwards,
cheers

Exceptionally clean. I guess another benefit of HDR is that the combination of multiple exposures also reduces the noise. all in all a great Image
